Hi, I am about four weeks two days pregnant (just found out). I have had transient cramps, feels like menses are to begin, couple with bowel type cramps for the last few days. Also I seem to need to have my bowels open very often, but am a little constipated. I am very bloated. is this normal?

What causes the menses type cramps? is it the hcg getting higher? or uterus stretching?

Should I be concerned? I have already had a very early m/c so would appreciate any insight. thanks
