Hello there. Congrats on the pregnancy. I am 35 weeks and have been dilated to 1 cm for a couple weeks. I know I'm not a dr or anything so this is just my opinion. I have been having pains in vaginal area all the time. Mine usually aren't as bad as you described yours but it is probably the same thing. I've been told that is is just either your body preparing or the babies head pushing on you. If you feel that you should call the dr then do it. It never hurts to make sure everything is ok. Good luck with everything.
