Pregnant and Abdominal Tightening

I am currently 19wks 4days pregnant. I just had my Ultrasound 3 days ago. Everything looked great and the tech said the baby was the most active baby she's ever seen. I also feel the baby quite a bit and it seems to get more active everyday. Anyway, I caught some sort of viral infection that left me coughing and chocking all night. I woke up the next day with sore abs, especially under my belly. Later that night I was having some sort of light abdominal tightening especially when I didn't sit up straight, it is so light I can't tell if it's just the baby going crazy. It doesn't really fit into Braxton Hicks from what I've read, but this is my first pregancy. Could this be from my coughing? Or could my abdominals just be resisting the stretching since I am very fit and an aerobics instructor? I was also feeling it low on the right side of my abdomen, is this ligament stretching? I'm confused! And everyone whose been pregnant tells me something different and tells me not to worry.

Any advise would be great! THANKS!!!
