Septated UterusFrom: Jacquelynn (anonymous@obgyn.net)Sat, 29 Sep 2001 19:04:22 -0500 (CDT)
I am only 18 years old,and I found out I was pregnant on July 30\01. Then 3 weeks later i had pv bleeding,my doctor sent me for an ultrasound, and they had found I miscarried. I was devistated. They also told me I had a septated uterus. When I was 13 I had surgery for what they said was a wall in my uterus, which I am assuming it is the same thing. The wall was blocking one side of the uterus causing internal bleeding that made me really sick. I dont understand did this wall just grow back, or did they just not remove it all. Was this the reason for my miscarrige. If was I was to have surgery to remove it again, would I then be able to carry to full term. I was also wondering about me having endometriois. I had signs such as pain during intercourse. I just need to know if I have any hope of having children. Thank-You Jacquie
