you should talk ot yoru doc about the work up for repeated miscarriages. If your doctor does not seem familiar with this, then see a reproductive endocrinologist. A few possibilities are chromosomal abnormalites, uterine defects (like a septum or polyps) and antiphospholipid syndrome
