If you and your girlfriend decide that you don't wish to go through with the pregnancy, than you need to go to a clinic and get a safe, medical abortion. There are medical (drug induced) abortions, if she goes in early enough, or surgical (D&C). This is not something you can try to do on your own, if you did it could cost your girlfriend her future fertility or even her life. There are resources available such as Planned Parenthood. But, you absolutely must see a doctor, there is *no* other option.
