Every doc has his own style. We often will schedule a patient for an elective c-section up to 10 days prior to due date. I would not change your due date by 5 days, no ultrasound is that good. If your dates put you due on the 7th, then the ultrasound saying you are due on the 12th gives support to your original date, it does not change it.
