Rash on face 25++ weeks PG

About two days ago, I started noticing a rash on my face. It is mainly on the sides of my chin...but, has expanded upwards towards my cheeks. It has made my face blotchy (red) and very itchy. If I run my fingers over the skin, I can feel some tiny bumps..I've also noticed that areas of my skin are slightly inflamed. I am very itchy...and it feels like it's worsening. I bought some Medicated Gold Medal creme and used a bit.. which helps stop the itching for a short while.

What do you think this could be???
