Worried embryo is too small?

Please help! I had an ultrasound at 32 days post-conception (6.5 weeks after LMP) which showed that the embryo was only 4.6 mm long. Apparently, normal for this gestational age is 5-7 mm. Does this mean something is wrong? I know exactly when I conceived because I had Mittelschmerz and a +OPK the day before and intercourse that day. My doctor didn't seem at all concerned- he just told me that I'm just not as far along as I thought. How can this be, since I have perfectly regular cycles and know exactly when I conceived? Is there any significance at all to an embryo's being small this early on? Should I ask for another ultrasound to be sure? Sorry for all the questions, but I'm very worried, yet my doctor can't help me.
