If one could palpate PAINLESS uterine contractions in a mass in a womans belly she was likely pregnant and did not have an ovarian or uterine tumor. At 13 weeks, uterine contractions (cramps) is not normal and should be evaluated by your Doctor. If you had them after your day described above and they have since gone away, relax unless they return, then seek your Doctors attention at that time.
