Becky,

I also have immune system issues. I had extensive immune system testing done. I was tested not only for antiphospholipid antibodies (APAs) but for a lot of other immune markers. My test results showed that I had APAs as well as a high concentration of Natural Killer cells. My doctor treated me with IVIg, and I was pregnant two weeks later. I had another infusion of IVIg the week my pregnancy was confirmed and then my blood was monitored after that. I didn't need any more treatment. I'm now 35 weeks and due at the end of October.

The doctor I went to was a triple specialist, with one of her specialities being reproductive immunology. She has done a lot of research on recurrent pregnancy loss. She hosts her own bulletin board on this subject at her clinic's website http://www.haveababy.com.
