some mothers do not feel the baby move until as late as 22 weeks, though lack of movement on U/S is concerning, thought the baby could just have been sleeping. If movement does not start within a week or two, another U/S would be appropriate. Virtually anything that can be wrong with a pregnancy can effect fetal movement, but at this point there is no reason to be convinced that anything is wrong.
