Hi there.. my boss just invited us to his place for white wine and foie gras. I know i have to abstain from wine but i have not read anywhere to abstain from foie gras. He has mentioned that he will be using a receipe which requires the foie gras cooked with apple liquer. Would this make it any safer to consume? Or should i stay away all together. I have not let my colleagues in on the news yet and would prefer to keep it a secret until i pass the 1st trimester. Any suggestions please? Thank you. Ade
