Of course you don't want to miscarry, and it is normal to be scared. While I bet that what you've described will be OK (yoy know, things usually turn out OK most of the time), there really aren't a whole lot of treatments/surgeries that will prevent a 15 week twin miscarriage if it is going to happen. It is that fact that may be the reason why nobody seems to get as worried about things.

Trust your body, but keep your eyes open!

Just maybe, and they don't work that great later.

The other thing is that an Ob/Gyn will, in my opinion, be better suited to address your concerns than an ER doc. When you have concerns, you should be talking to the OB before going to the ER, unless your situation is so bad that you can't wait for a phone call.
