and I have strange bowel patterns to begin with. I have irritable bowel syndrom. I am having a lot of gas and loose stool. How do I stop this. It's hard to explain but the gas is like a constipating feeling that gives me cramps after the gas comes the diarrhea. Please help!! Anyone. Thank you for your time.
