showing

I searched the archives under 'showing' and I saw that in a 1st preg, you usually don't show until around 12weeks, and some didn't until 20weeks or 6 months! But these people who showed late also said they were already overweight or big, and that any showing wouldn't really show anyways. My concern is that I am 5'4 and 106 w/ a stomach that's flatter than it was before I got pregnant...I am at 15.5 weeks. I really am scared that w/ my petite size it is bad news that I haven't noticed expansion of my uterus. Is the uterus 'up' at this point? Is this necessarily bad news? I had a successful ultrasound @ 12 weeks.
