Your headache could be a result of lack of sleep, the transition to motherhood, etc. But how is your health otherwise and how did you deliver? Are you getting enough to eat, and drink, and a bit of fresh air? Have someone that can help you with baby so you can get some shuteye? Do you have elevated temp, uterus pain, how much lochia are you having? Sometimes endometritis (infection of the first layer of uterus wall) is accompanied by headache. I would mention this to your doc, especially if there is no lochia, if it doesnt get better. See if you can get some rest, drink enough fluids, take your vitamins, etc.
