Have you tried taking your Tylenol with coffee or strong tea? That really seems to help me with the migraines I have been having during my pregnancy (pain around the right eye in particular sounds like a type of migraine, which can indeed be brought on by stress and exhaustion). It's the caffeine that makes the Tylenol work better, so don't try decaf coffee or tea.
