One question, when charting temps, are we supposed to chart it first thing in the morning when we wake up? For example, I went to the doctor and they took my temperature at around 9:30 a.m. and it was 97.6. It was around my ovulating time, but of course, we are trying naturally that I'm not focusing on all the charting right now. I wanted to make sure if maybe I was ovulating with that temperature. can you help?

thanks
