Whenever I lay down at night or to take a nap I get this feeling of being car/motion sick. I kind of get this lightheaded feeling and then a wave of nausea hits me. At first I thought it was from lying on my back and cutting off blood supply but it happens when I lay on my right side and also occasionally on my left side. What is going on and how can I make it stop so that I can get some sleep? Thanks, jla
