Clarification on Downs stats from archive

I was sifting through all the responses in the archive on the topic of downs. I saw a couple of things quoted so I'd like to ask again and get a concensus. What is the risk of downs at age 35 and delivering at 35? Also is the cut off for a normal triple check at age 35 1/260?

I understand from what I read that the triple check also takes into consideration an HCG level. My hcg level at 5 weeks was 13,440. Is that high for that week of pregnancy? If so does this automatically set me up for an abnormal triple check later because these levels only increase to a certain point? Do they fall later but stay high if downs?

Thank you for any info you can provide
