Hi, Lorraine. I had the same thing happen to me after a d&c at 12 weeks for a missed m/c. I bled for a few days post-d/c, then no bleeding, and then at about 4 weeks post-m/c I started spotted. I asked my dr what was going on and he said it was just all my hormones "getting organized" again, and that I would probably get af soon. He was right, and I got af at week 6 post-d/c after 2 weeks of spotting. So, I hope this is helpful and I am sorry for your loss. That said, if you are still worried, you should call your dr and let him/her reassure you.
