In my mind driving to the hospital today, I mentally prepared myself to hear those words, however, my heart wasn't as easily fooled. This is a very difficult experience to go through, losing a child. And having this great feeling of loss, has brought my husband and myself to the decision to have Noah's organs donated. If he can save the life of a child or children, then my heart will be at peace. We were blessed with him in our lives for 9 weeks, now it is time for him to go on and do what has been planned for him, help other children.

The death of a child, really reminds us to hold on to what is dear to us and not take it for granted.
