Dull ache in lower Abdomen after D and EFrom: Hilary (anonymous@obgyn.net)Fri, 31 Aug 2001 13:23:43 -0500 (CDT)
I had a D and E after a missed m/c. I bled for two months following the procedure. I had large jello like cubes(not at all liqquidy) every time I went to the bathroom. This later changed to gushes of blood and clots and one night of intense cramping and passing tissue. I had an u/s after the two months of bleeding and they found that there was an area of thickened uterine lining. I was put on methergine and that stopped the bleeding. My cycle began about 3 wks later. The secon day is very heavy and I have new found cramps. I am in day 25 of my cycle and the cramps/ dull achies have persisted on and off since the 1st day of my last cycle. I saw a new Dr. who did an exam and felt no tissue consistent w/ endo. I am going for hsg after my period to see if this tissue evr expelled. ANY info would be greatly appreciated.
