I had a breast reduction 5 years ago. Does anyone know whether I would still experience breast tenderness as a pregnancy sign or would I not because things have been removed and diconnected? I know at time dr.warned me I would not be able to breastfeed.

Also if I were pregnant does milk still come in even though I can't breast feed or not?
