Hello Taye,
Dr. Montogomery is right, it could be varicose veins. But it is unusal
that you wouldn't have had the lumps during pregnancy it is varicose
veins.
If it does turn out to be varicose veins you can try the V-brace from
http://www.fembrace.com it helps a lot for pressure and pain of varicose veins
on the vulva.
