Late period, negative test

My cycles are always 32 days. I have never been late, except the last time I was pregnant.

My last period was on July 22. This makes me about nine days late.

Earlier this month I had some indigestion, and breast tenderness.

The breast tenderness has past, but I still have a great deal of indigestion, frequent urination, and a dull back ache as if I were having my period. I have taken three pregnancy tests and they each turned out negative.

If I am not pregnant, what else could be causing me to feel this way, and to be so late with my period?
