Maybe. The progesterone is right on the borderline. It would be nice to know if it were rising or falling. Then we could answer both of your questions with more confidence. If it were rising the answers would be yes to ovulating and No to worrying. If falling, the answer would be No to ovulating and worrying would be Moot.
