Don't know about that. There is some data that raising core body temp
in a hot tub during first trimester will lead to an increase in fetal
malformations. The scientific evidence is weak but there. Who wants to
take a chance?
The time and temp for a hot tub are 102 F for no longer than 10 minutes.
The real issue is the core body temp. The fetal temp is about one
degree higher than the Mothers core body temp.
