exercise and pregnancy

Hi - I am 7 wks pregnant, my 5th pregnancy. I have 2 children and had 2 m/c's. The reason for my m/c's is unknown - both were "missed abortions." I exercised rather actively (around 50% of my pre-pregnancy capacity) during my first 4 pregnancies. But now I am totally paranoid about exercising and haven't since after conception. After reviewing the archives here I decided to start a mild program of walking 4 miles 2-3x a week. (before I got pregnant I ran 4 miles 2X a week, plus lifted weights 4x a week). But in the last week or so, shortly after finishing a walk, I start feeling a "pins and needles" sensation in my perineal area, and misc aches and pains in my lower abs. Does this mean I should I stop walking? Is it doing something bad?

Thanks!
