Ovulation without temperarture rise?From: Aliona (anonymous@obgyn.net)Thu, 30 Aug 2001 21:53:26 -0500 (CDT)
I have gone off the pill (ortho-tri-cylclen) 2 1/2 months ago. I have had three regular periods since, although bleeding and pain was lighter then before the pill (but same or heavier then when I was on the pill) and I have acne. I tried to chart my current cycle and have not noticed temperature rise, but I did have strechy mucus on day 10 of my cycle. Is it possible to ovulate without temperature rise? Or am I not ovulating? If I am not ovulating, how long should I wait to talk to a doctor (given the fact that I quit the pill almost 3 months ago)? Thank you very much for your advice!
