Please do not blame yourself on this. I took Indomethacin for my entire pregnancy and it was actually prescribed under a Drs order to reduce effects of an irritable uterus. I took this for 3 days in a row then break and then 3 more days. Started on it off and on at 13 weeks and discontinued it at or around 24 weeks. Unlikely 2 doses causes a miscarriage.
