Risks Involved in External Cephalic VersionFrom: Amy (anonymous@obgyn.net)Wed, 29 Aug 2001 16:31:19 -0500 (CDT)
Hi, I have searched the archives and read some of the questions posed on options for turning a breech baby, but there is one question I couldn't find an answer to: Are there risks to the baby in attempting an external cephalic version, i.e. cord problems, risks to the baby's head from the pressure, etc.? If any of you doctors could answer this, I would appreciate it!
