I am 2 weeks post partum and a few days ago my vaginal area was sore when wiping after using the bathroom. The soreness persisted so I looked with a mirror and saw a lump on one labia. I felt it & it was hard & sore. The next day 2 more (1 smaller than other) appeared on other labia. They are hard, red & sore to the touch. These lumps have make the labia appear swollen. Also, after sitting for a while, when I stand up, I feel alot of pressure down there. I had an episiotomy, but it is healing fine. My labor & pushing stages were short. What could these lumps be? I'm nervous, they just appeared like overnight. Any help is appreciated.
