I'm pregnant with my first child. I experience tightness and sharp pain on both sides of my uterus. At 8 weeks, I had a cyst over my right ovary, which later went away. Can that be the same thing that's effecting me now? Although the pain is now on both sides. The pain come when I get up from sitting. It hurts when I walk, but usually goes away after a while. This came about a week ago. I should be seeing my doctor in a week. Thanks.
