I'm sorry things are so frustrating right now! I really do know how you feel, but the baby WILL come out when its ready! Please don't use goldenseal, its not safe even when you're not pregnant and I know you wouldn't want to do anything to harm your baby! If I remember correctly you're about 37 weeks? It really won't be long now. As for your 3 year old, is there a crisis-nursery that could watch him/her so that you can rest? There are those available in some cities. Or maybe try calling a church and see if they have anyone who volunteers childcare? I hope that you're able to start feeling better soon, it will happen before you know it and this will all seem like a distant memory. Good Luck!
