pregnancy and stools

I have just found out that I am pregnant. I am currently 4 weeks since LMP. Initially I suffered from constipation and trapped gas, however for the past day of so I have no problems going, like when I usually am on my menses. I am concerned that this is a bad sign?

Do I have any need to be this concerned? or does constipation/soft stools fluctuate in a normal first trimester pregnancy?
