From what I have heard/read, if you haven't conceived after 3 months of clomid (serophene), than you should consider injectible fertility medication. This is what I think you mean by hyperstimulation. This has much higher rates of pregnancy than clomid does. After 3 cycles of injectibles/IUI, if there is no pregnancy, most RE's would recommend IVF.
