Is it safe to use an over-the-counter nasal spray during pregnancy? My allergies are so bad. I was taking Zyrtec. I had tried several prescription allergy meds, and Zyrtec was the only one that worked for me. However, I discontinued that when I started ttc. Now, my sinuses are staying congested, and I have been using the nasal spray at night before I go to bed. Is this safe?
