Hi there... i had pains in my wrists after the birth of my first child and my othopaedic surgeon prescribed glucosame 750mg/Chondroitin 600mg 2 tablets a day. I've been on this for the last 6 months. I am now 5weeks pregnant and some pains in my wrists have returned (the glucosamine had helped in the past but i stopped taking them consistently in the last few weeks). Should i continue taking them? Are there any known side effects? My appointment to see both my OB and the othopaedic surgeon will only be next week but i would like to get rid of the pain. Thanks. ade.
