Femur Length

I'm 20w2days. Went in for ultrasound. The tech said everything looked good, but a doc. would look at everything and call if there was a problem. I took a quick peek at the numbers and something concerned me. At 20w2days, everything measured in the 21 week range except for femur length which measured 19w5days + - 10days. Should I be concerned or am I just obsessing? My AFP was neg.

Baby wasn't very active either. I was expecting to see aerobics. Is this OK? I feel movement daily in all parts of my belly, so was it just naptime?
