Besides, you can still try to get pregnant the same cycle that you do an HSG. It needs to be done between your period and ovulation (approximately on day 6-10 of the cycle). In fact, many people claim to conceive the same month as the HSG for some reason. Also, the 10% tubal problems sounds low.
