dry ontact lenses

I am currently 10dpo, and I have noticed that my contact lenses feel real dry and seem to be sticking to my eye. I called in at my opthamologist office and his assisstant jokingly asked if I might be pregnant, because that can cause your eyes to go dry. As we are TTC, I really got excited when she said this. She then said that I should ask a DR about it as she didn't know how quickly 'that' symptom came along, just that she had also had it real early . I wasn't able to see the opthalmologist, but the assisstant said that I didn't have an infection. Also my MD's office is closed today, as he is out of town. Any ideas if this could be a symptom of pregnancy?
