Hi, Yesterday I had doctor appt, cervix is about 2 cm dilated (was 1cm last week) and still long. Last night, husband & I had sex. I woke up early this morning and noticed that my underwear was soaked wet and there was also some thin, white discharge on them. I've leaked a little pee here & there & felt it come out when I did, but it didn't feel like I leaked pee or leaked anything this time. Also, it had no smell to it. I went to the bathroom and when I went to wipe, there was alot of mucus on the paper. Some of it looked kind of stringy, but alot of it, some of it was clear, some tinted white/cloudy/yellowish... but there was globs of it. I went back to bed and was waiting to see if I felt anything leaking, but didn't. So what I am wondering is.... did I leak pee? real watery discharge? amniotic fluid? (though if it was amniotic, wouldn't I still be leaking?) OR... am I losing/lost my mucus plug? There was no pink/brown/red blood... just clear & cloudy mucus, and lots. Could it have been leftover semen from dh? I have been having lots of contrax, but nothing too out of the ordinary. If I lost my plug... how long usually till real labor begins(this is my second baby)? Can I still have sex? Thanks for your help.
