I think all the doctors here would tell you that 11 dpo is too early, that home pregnancy tests shouldn't be taken until the first day of a missed period. If you take one before that you should take one of the high sensitivity ones like 1st Response Eary or Aimstick, and definitely use first a.m. urine. Also, I do recall reading that drinking water can dilute the hormone (which at 11 dpo if it's even in the bloodstream yet is not very much), which is why the tell you to use first a.m. urine...because it's been concentrated over 8 hours while you slept.

there's still hope! Try again on Monday!! I'm 11 dpo too, and trying to hold out until at least Saturday, if not Monday!
