Hello Anon,
Kegals won't help the vulvar varicose veins. I suffer with all my
pregnancies and sometimes afterwards. The only thing that helped a lot
was the V-brace from http://www.fembrace.com . I am so glad I got it.
As far as the protruding vagina, I never had that. But we aren't really
at our best looks when we are pregnant.
