I can't make fists without pain, and there is just a general sense of achiness. They've been swollen on and off, I'm sure partly due to summer heat as well as the pregnancy, but the swelling never hurt. I haven't been doing any activity out of the ordinary, so I don't think it's any sort of injury, especially since it's both hands. Any idea what could be causing this and how I could get some relief (without popping pills of course!) Thanks!
