I have suffered 3 miscarriages within 2 years two of them at 4 months and one at 5 months.I had my first period after last miscarriage two months ago this month no af and pregnancy test pos.Went to doctors today transvaginal ultrasound and she said it was too small but there was something there but no heartbeat apparent. Q1.should i be concerned for another miscarriage? Q2.is this normal not to see heartbeat at 6w3d? I am extremely tired and especially mornings always in the bathroom,no pains,or cramping or bleeding. I dont really know if I can handle another loss. Ive actually became quite cold inside myself. As if i havent any hope or belief everything could be ok. I know it sounds neg.but it seems my hopes have always had neg endings. could someone give me a pos.answer is there any hope that after one week we could find a heartbeat?
