During an ultrasound once, I had a large amount of fluid in the cul-de-sac that my Dr. said was either normal for me or was a cyst that had just ruptured (not corpus luteum). I had pain with it. During this pregnancy (I was 9 wks yesterday) I have a similar burning pain. I just had an ultrasound at 7wks 3 days. If there was a large amount of fluid, ruptured cyst, or a large corpus luteum cyst, wouldn't it have shown up?
