If it makes you feel any better, my husband has a varicocele and had SA results similar to yours. We were worried about conceiving, but conceived our second month of trying. I used an OPK that month and also took a prescription form of Guifisen, the active ingredient in Robitussin. This was prescribed by my allergist for my allergies. I think it's what made the difference by thinning out my cervical mucous and making it easier for the sperm to get where they needed to go. Best wishes to you! I hope you succeed soon.
